There is a dumpster located at the end of the neighborhood for everyone to use.
Walking Trail
-
We have a wide woodchip walking trail that has three entry points. There is a trail near the entry of Acadia Villas, past the dirt pile on Molly Way, and by the pond at the end of the property. If you loop from the apartment it is about 1 mile long. There are also some rustic trails I'm working on that go off the main trail. Bring our phone so you don't get lost!
Electric Vehicle Chargers

The Tesla Universal chargers have both Tesla and J1772.

Pay per KWH, no fees to leave on charger.

40 or 50 amp power

Download the tesla app and make sure to include private charger in the filter.

Click on Acadia Villas.

Scan the QR code on the side of the charger.

Plug in.
Parking

There are two parking spaces included in front of each apartment. If you need more than two spaces please reach out. We own the whole neighborhood and there is plenty of space!
